AERIAL SILKS WORKSHOP SERIES

Aerial Silks are a beautiful circus apparatus requiring strength and flexibility. Students will learn how to control their body in the air and move against gravity. These skills are delivered through careful coaching and a lot of fun!
Ages 10 and up welcome!

Silks Basics - The first hour students will learn to climb, manoeuvre and perform choreography in the silks

Aerial Conditioning - The second hour will focus on increasing their level with emphasis on conditioning rather than choreography

Classes will be held every second Friday of the month

Learn what material to put on your demo, tips on how to find your natural voice, learn how to take chances at your auditions and nail them AND also walk away with an actual sample of your own voice on a recording!
