Disco ball, lights and fashion will be a big part of your new fitness regime. Join Tranter Institute for a fun, invigorating disco fitness class. Groove to the songs of disco and bring back the moves all in an upbeat dance fitness class! If you have done disco before or not this class is for everyone and anyone wanting to try something new!
