Tranter Institute offers a variety of trainers for all your health and fitness needs.  If you need to focus on core strength book in with Master Pilates trainers, If you need an athletic approach we have our athletic therapist, physio therapist and amazing group to help you meet all of your goals and needs.

7am-9pm Monday-Sunday for your convenience

The Process

Step 1-Your first appointment will focus on a general assessment and program development.

Step 2-Getting you started with the program that will help you meet your desired goals.  A minimum of 2 per week is recommended to see best results.

Step 3-Weigh In and analysis.  Each Friday of every week we ask you to come in for your weigh in and assessment.  This gives us the opportunity to see how you are feeling and doing in your program.

Step 4-Right back to work!

What to Bring To Class

Please have available to bring to class the following;

  • Water
  • Towel
  • Sense of humor!

Mats & towels can be rented at TI.  All towels and mats are cleaned by a professional cleaning company to help keep our facility at the top of its game in clients need for cleanliness and health.

Clothing

It is recommended to dress in layers and remove as you become heated! Please be comfortable and have clothing that will allow your body to properly move with the exercises given! Restricting or confining clothing such as Jeans are not recommended for the best workout experience!

  • Running shoes that provide proper support for your feet’s needs
  • Running pants or shorts
  • Fitness top and/or t-shirt
  • Sweat shirt or fitness cover

Breathable material for summer months is recommended!

Important Things to remember

  • Each day will consist of Cardio exercises, strength training, circuit training.  Please see you workout schedule for more information.
  • Remember to always contact your physician if you have any pre existing medical conditions before starting a fitness and health program.
  • To see results you must be committed, focused and ready to work!
  • Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance or you will not be rescheduled.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours we will reschedule a new time to make up for the lost workout.
  • If the instructor cancels, make up session will be completed at a convenient time for both of you.
  • All fees are paid in advance, there are no refunds or credits.
