Pilates can be described as using a natural exercise regime for helping align the spine, recondition muscles, repair, rejuvenate and prevent muscle, joint and nerve strain, tears and pulls. Most effective regime for toning and attacking the abdominals, thighs, buttocks, lower back and hips.

Intro Class - This class will introduce the language of Pilates to beginning students. This class will focus on breathing, identifying the core of support for exercises, and pelvis stabilization. This class is a great class to start if you have never practiced the technique of Pilates.
Level I/II - This class builds upon the basic principals learned in the Intro class, working into knowledge and practice of the flowing progression of basic mat work. As the body becomes attuned to the deep work of the abdominal core, there is a noticeable increase in strength, tone, flexibility & Cardio. Prerequisite: knowledge of basic 10 mat exercises.
Level II/III
- This class will follow the classic form of the Tranter Pilates method.
This is an up to tempo class and is physically challenging. The class is
not recommended for beginners or individuals with injuries and/or
disabilities that may limit their movement capabilities. Must have
approval of Monica Tranter.
Rack class - This class is a fusion of intermediate level Pilates mat work and a series of spring resistance exercises offered on the Tranter Rack or Cadillac.
Reformer class - A non stop full body workout on The Tranter Reformer. This class will incorporate the Mat essentials as well as the Reformer series as taught by Joseph Pilates. Lengthen and strengthen with power, precision and flow.
Mat & Chair - Intermediate Pilates mat work combined with the spring resistance of the Tranter Chair. Take your core strength to a new level!
Pilates Circuit class - An advanced level apparatus class. Students will move through varied exercises on different pieces of the Tranter Pilates apparatus in a fast paced intense class.
Intro To Mat or Apparatus - A 4-week series in semi private sessions designed to introduce the students to basic exercises on the Mat and on all of the Pilates apparatus. Classes will also include Pilates fundamentals and principles. Prerequisite: students must have completed Into mat and
